Order Processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM GMT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping
Orders shipped via our standard shipping method typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and typically delivers within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping
International orders generally arrive within 10–30 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, and additional duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, customs, and carrier performance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order is damaged, incorrect, or lost due to our error.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can use this to track your delivery on the carrier’s site.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first. If the carrier confirms the package is lost or misdelivered, contact us at terry@atlbodysculpt.com so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
