Refund policy

Return Window & Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • Some items are non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods, customized items, personal care products). Sale items and gift cards also cannot be returned. 

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved:

  • We’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

  • It may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us. 

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original item (as above) and place a new order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


3. EU & International Rights (if applicable)

If you are ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition you received it.
